Terms & Conditions - MAYFAIR Heritage, Puri

Welcome to MAYFAIR Heritage, Puri. By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Check-in & Check-out Policy

Check-in Time: 02:00 PM
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) at the time of check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof.

2. Booking & Payment

To confirm a reservation, an advance payment is required. The remaining balance must be cleared upon arrival. We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and cash payments.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival: Full refund (minus processing fees).
Cancellations made within 24-48 hours: 50% charge of the first night's stay.
No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund will be provided.

4. Guest Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests who behave inappropriately, cause damage to property, or disturb other guests. Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest's account.

5. Liability

The hotel management is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal valuables. Guests are advised to use the in-room safety lockers provided.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Puri, Odisha.
